These Terms of Service govern your use of amorcce.myshopify.com and purchases from Amorce ("we", "us", and "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our products and pre-orders

We sell clothing and related goods. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and the final garment. Please check the product description and size guide before ordering.

Products marked **Pre-order** are made or sourced after the pre-order period. The product page states the estimated dispatch period. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you using the email supplied at checkout.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Shipping charges are added at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise. You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.

An order confirmation confirms that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Delivery, customs, and risk

Delivery estimates and our shipping rules are set out in our Shipping Policy. International deliveries may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless the checkout clearly says that duties are included, the customer is responsible for those charges.

Returns and refunds

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Kazakhstan, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
